Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • food colouring

Instructions
 

  • Set up a stand mixer using the whisk attachment. 
  • Whip together the icing sugar and egg whites on high speed.
  • Continue to whip for 5 minutes. The icing will become shiny.
       
  • Then, add the lemon juice and continue to whip for 3 minutes more.
