Method
- Roughly chop garlic or slice thinly.
- Meanwhile, place a large pot of well salted water on the stovetop. Bring to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water .
- Warm a large sauce pan over low heat.
- Add olive oil and garlic.
- Stir occasionally until garlic turns golden, about 8 minutes.
- When garlic is just turning brown, add parsley and spaghetti.
- Toss everything together and check seasoning.
