German Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Peetz S.M.A.R.T Blend
  • 11/4 cup almond milk warmed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • In a blender combine the eggs, Peetz S.M.A.R.T Blend, warm almond milk, and vanilla extra.  
  • Process until just combined.
  • Melt butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
  • Remove from heat. Pour German Pancake batter into the pan. Place in oven.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  • Serve with fruit and Canadian maple syrup.
