Method
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- In a blender combine the eggs, Peetz S.M.A.R.T Blend, warm almond milk, and vanilla extra.
- Process until just combined.
- Melt butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
- Remove from heat. Pour German Pancake batter into the pan. Place in oven.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve with fruit and Canadian maple syrup.
